Why your emails land in the inbox

Spam filters judge two things: whether your domain is allowed to send, and whether people want what you send.

The first is solved during setup, by adding every record the wizard gives you and waiting for the green verified state.

The second is earned over time. Send to people who expect you, keep your lists clean, and avoid sending a large first batch from a brand new domain.

If a message fails, the delivery state in the message details explains why — a wrong address, a full mailbox or a rejection you can act on.
